Velos Media is an independent company based out of Dallas, TX that licenses standard-essential HEVC patents to companies for reasonable rates furthering the adoption of HEVC technology. Being a start up company, they needed a website that would explain who they are and what technology they offer. With Velos Media's main focus being H.265 video streaming licenses, the use of video helped drive the design and eventbecame a prominent feature of the final site.
