Following the 2023 elections, The United States Postal Service® conducted in-depth interviews and surveys to capture the unique challenges and perspectives of consultants. Voter surveys were also conducted to measure how the voter relationship with direct mail can be the solution to these challenges through tailoring, timing, and targeting. The results and key takeaways from the surveys were designed and presented in a physical white paper paired with a corresponding landing page as a resource for political leaders.
